chirpy

we have a little green tree frog called 'chirpy'.

eloise named him this when he came to stay about six or seven years ago.

he is quite adorable.

  he mainly wakes at night but sometimes, like today, he will wake up when we put live crickets in his tank for him to eat.

jess can watch him for quite a long time for one so little. she even just likes watching the crickets roam around in the tank. always one for helping out jess doesn't mind helping to clean the tank and will often remind me to feed him. 

eloise was once chirpy's 'owner' but i think that job has now been well and truly filled by jess.
